10 residents of Piraí do Sul are removed from homes after flood in Rio Piraí
Rio Piraí rose and reached some residences in Piraí do Sul

The intense rains recorded in recent days caused the overflow of the Piraí River and directly affected residents of Joana Rentz Street, in the Manoel Izidoro Garden neighborhood, in Piraí do Sul.
According to an updated survey, up to now 10 people are welcomed in the Cultural Pavilion, which functions as a public shelter set up by the City Hall, including 7 adults and 3 children.
The Manoel Izidoro Garden is the neighborhood directly affected by the flood so far. The other families who had to leave their homes left on their own and were welcomed into the homes of relatives and relatives.
The Defesa Civil continues to monitor the level of the Piraí River and provide care to families, but this morning the City Hall reported that the river has already descended.
The guidance is that residents of nearby areas be alert to new alerts and, in case of emergency, trigger Defesa Civil by 199 or the Fire Department by 193.
