6th Campos Gerais Gastronomy Forum takes place on Tuesday in Ponta Grossa

Ponta Grossa hosts on Tuesday (27) the 6th Gastronomy Forum of Campos Gerais, an event that promises to bring together professionals, entrepreneurs and experts to discuss trends, innovation and growth opportunities in the gastronomic sector. Promoted by the Tourism Development Agency of the Campos Gerais (Adetur), the initiative will have a free programming, distributed in three spaces of the city.

The meeting aims to strengthen regional gastronomy, encourage the qualification of professionals and broaden the integration between the food sector and tourism. Throughout the day, participants will have access to lectures, debates and practical experiences, with topics ranging from business strategies to the use of new technologies.

One of the main highlights of the program will be the closing lecture with Rafael Magosso, partner-owner of Hard Rock Cafe Curitiba, which will address the relationship between tourism, consumer experience and artificial intelligence. The presentation takes place at 7:30 pm, in the Commercial, Industrial and Business Association of Ponta Grossa (ACIPG).

Programming brings together experts and gastronomic experiences

The activities begin at 2 pm, at Sesc Estação Saudade, with the lecture "Good Global Practices of Gastronomic Business", taught by Giovanni Bagatini. The meeting will present perspectives on management and strategies that can contribute to the development of enterprises in the sector.

Then, at 3 pm, the architect expert in neuroarchitecture Viviany Samartin leads the lecture "Architecture: the physical space as a strategic ingredient". The proposal is to discuss how the environments can influence the consumer experience and add value to the gastronomic establishments.

At 4 p.m., the audience will be able to follow the talk show "Beyond the business itself: collaboration as an ingredient of growth", with Carol Liz and Monica Mello. The debate will focus on the importance of partnerships, collaboration and building connections to strengthen the regional market.

The program continues at 5.30 pm, at the Café-Escola do Senac, with the class-show "Savors of the Campos Gerais: the art of plating", conducted by sommelier Ednei Venázio Cândido. The activity will be dedicated to the enhancement of regional gastronomy and the techniques of presentation of the dishes.

The closure takes place at 7:30 pm, at ACIPG, with Rafael Magosso. The keynote will highlight how technological innovation and the creation of differentiated experiences can contribute to attracting consumers and boosting gastronomic tourism.

Event seeks to strengthen tourism and business in the region

In addition to promoting the exchange of knowledge, the 6th Gastronomy Forum of Campos Gerais seeks to stimulate economic development through the enhancement of establishments, professionals and products linked to regional gastronomic identity.

The initiative also aims to bring together entrepreneurs and experts, encouraging new opportunities for collaboration and the adoption of innovative practices in the market.
