Theft at a farm in Ponta Grossa ended with the disappearance of furniture, appliances and about 200 meters of electrical wires

A land theft in Ponta Grossa mobilized the Community Rural Patrol after criminals raided a property in the Alagados Road region. According to the report, the authors broke into the gate and door of a residence and took away a large amount of furniture, appliances, utensils and approximately 200 meters of electrical wires.
The incident was recorded in a property located on Rua Arichernes Carlos Gobbo, in the Neves neighborhood. According to the report presented to the Military Police, the crime occurred on Saturday, October 3, between approximately 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., a period in which there was no one in the property.
Criminals took furniture and appliances
As reported by the victim to the police, the perpetrators would have entered initially after breaking into the gate of access to the property. Afterwards, they would also have forced the entry of the residence.
Among the items related in the newsletter as stolen are a box bed, three taps, household utensils, two showers, microwave oven, stove, sofa, internet modem, refrigerators and approximately 200 meters of electrical wiring.
The quantity and size of some of the objects draw attention, since part of the goods would require some type of vehicle to be removed from the property.
Residents reported vehicle movement
According to the victim, residents in the vicinity would have noticed the presence of some vehicles in the region during the interval in which the theft would have occurred. Among them would be a white plank truck.
Despite the information, the bulletin itself points out that not enough plates or characteristics were provided that could identify the vehicles or establish a link between them and the crime.
At the time of the registration of the occurrence, there was also no identification of the possible authors.
The cameras did not record action.
The victim also told the police that the property has monitoring cameras, but that the system would not be working during the crime due to lack of electricity and internet connection.
According to the report recorded in the bulletin, the interruption of supply would be related to a situation involving ICMBio.
The victim also claimed to have an injunction ordering the restoration of electrical power and claimed that the determination had not yet been complied with by Copel. This information appears as victim statements in the bulletin and does not represent, in itself, an official manifestation of the aforementioned bodies.
The case should be investigated
The Community Rural Patrol collected information about the case and advised the victim on the procedures related to the burglary.
The data collected can assist in diligences to try to identify those involved, locate vehicles eventually used in the action and recover the stolen goods.
The case was registered as qualified theft and should be referred to the competent police authority.
