Project officially recognizes the route for mototourism in the State of Paraná, which should boost the local economy.

"You who like to ride a bike, to travel on the road and to know new places, we have just approved in the Assembly the official recognition of the Biker Route on the Paraná". With these words, the state deputy Moacyr Fadel announced the approval (yesterday 28) in the Legislative Assembly of Paraná (ALEP), of the project of his authorship, which officializes the Biker Route (Route of Motorcycling) in the State to boost tourism.
The initiative recognizes motor tourism as an activity with the potential to strengthen regional tourism, encourage new itineraries and expand opportunities for Paraná municipalities. According to the MP, the initiative values those who travel by motorcycle, know cities, discover new destinations and, at the same time, moves the economy through which it passes, such as in hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, fuel stations and local commerce.
In conversation with the report of the Portal Boca no Trombone, Fadel commented that with the approval makes the monuments of the Biker Route official in the Paraná tourism route. “There are seven that are located in various regions and this will value motorcycling in the state. This was built with the Association of Motorcyclists through Max. Thus, yesterday (28), we were able to approve that this roadmap officially enters the state now.
The Biker Route was born from the union of lovers of motorcycles and travel, who, on a voluntary basis, developed the route proposal and the Biker Monuments, structures created to identify meeting points and integration between travelers.
Currently, the route has more than 15,000 kilometers through Brazil and seven monuments installed in Paraná in the cities of Bocaiúva do Sul, Curitiba, Carlópolis, Piraí do Sul, Ponta Grossa, Siqueira Campos and Foz do Iguaçu.
For the president of Rota Biker, Max Schimidt, the movement began in Bocaiúva do Sul and was taking proportions throughout Brazil. "Today we have 47 monuments scattered throughout Brazil, which even today we are with our board, in Campo Grande (MS) in an event to take the name of this biker movement here in the region."
Paraná was the first
In Paraná, Max detailed "we have been recognized as a touring motorcycle route, which is recognized touristically by the State, where the Paraná is the first to make this recognition of the Biker Route. We have other projects in progress by state, such as São Paulo, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, but the Paraná was a pioneer with the support of MP Moacyr who reached out to initiate the project, together with the State Government.” Lastly, he said that approval is very important for the growing motorcycle Paraná, which boosts the economy.
After approval, the project continues for sanction of the governor and subsequent publication in the Official State Gazette.
