Audiência on racism case involving Miguelito in Operário game is postponed
Racism case in Operário x América-MG, involving Allano and Miguelito, has hearing postponed by Justice in Ponta Grossa

The hearing related to the case of racism in Operário x América-MG, which occurred during a Serie B match of the Brazilian Championship in Ponta Grossa, was postponed by the Justice. The lawsuit involves the complaint made by the then attacker of the Phantom, Allano, against the Bolivian player Miguelito.
The episode took place on May 4, 2025, on Estádio Germano Krüger, during the confrontation between Operário Ferroviário and America-MG. The match ended with the victory of the Phantom by 1 to 0, but was marked by the denunciation made during the first half.
Allano denounced offense during the game
In the 30 minutes of the first stage, Allano informed the arbitration that he would have been the target of a racial offense attributed to Miguelito. The steering wheel Jacy, who also defended the Worker, was close to the pitch and was appointed as a witness to the episode.
In response to the complaint, referee Alisson Sidnei Furtado interrupted the match and activated the anti-racist protocol provided by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), making the “X”-shaped gesture.
The game was halted for about 15 minutes before being resumed.
Player was taken to the police station in Ponta Grossa
After the match, Miguelito, Allano, and Jacy were referred to the 13th Police Subdivision of Ponta Grossa to testify.
Miguelito was arrested in flagrante on charges of racial injury and was subsequently released to respond to the process in freedom.
The Public Prosecutor's Office filed a complaint, which was accepted by the 1st Criminal Court of Ponta Grossa, giving way to the criminal action related to the episode.
Since the beginning of the case, Operário Ferroviário has expressed support for Allano and repudiated any manifestation of racism inside or outside the stadiums.
The hearing is postponed
The hearing that would continue the proceedings was postponed. The case is still pending and should have new developments in court.
The episode gained great repercussion in Brazilian football at the time because it had already occurred under the application of the anti-racist protocol adopted by the CBF.
The criminal proceedings are independent of the measures taken in the sporting sphere and seek to analyze the circumstances of the complaint filed after the confrontation disputed in Germano Krüger.
