With this, the team of Ponta Grossa lost another position precisely at a time when several opponents begin to approach or overtake the team in the table.

For much of the championship, the Worker managed to survive thanks to the points accumulated previously. That margin, however, has practically disappeared.

The Phantom burned the fat he had built and reached a stage where he needs to win again. The opponents have stopped, some have already passed, and the trend is that the dispute will get even tighter as the Serie B advances.

I do not believe that there is, at this moment, a real risk of relegation for the Worker. But it can also not be considered normal to accept a campaign that simply leaves the club parked in the middle of the table, without fighting for something bigger.

Tie with Londrina can even add a point. But what's it for?

If the goal is to look back at the top of the classification, the Worker needs all three.

The attack needs to appear

There has been a clear improvement in defensive organization in recent games. The problem is that, offensively, the Ghost continues to owe too much.

The midfield presents difficulties in the transition, misses passes and produces little for the front players. As a result, the attack practically does not work. It is a team that can often control spaces, but encounters enormous difficulties when it needs to propose the game and create clear opportunities.

And here is the big question for Sunday: if the attack does not work against Londrina, when will it work?

My biggest concern remains the lack of a plan B.

I do not expect big changes from Luizinho Lopes for Sunday. The tendency is to maintain the structure that has been used, but I consider that the Worker could act with two steering wheels of greater marking capacity and offer a different dynamics to the midfield.

The 4-3-3 is predictable. Adversaries already know how the Worker plays and, above all, where his difficulties are. Always insisting on the same formula, even when it does not produce the expected result, becomes a problem.

It's a game to win

The worker and Londrina arrive under pressure. The two have very bad campaigns in this second round and urgently need a reaction.

But I see the Ghost with more conditions.

Londrina have lost important players, present offensive difficulties and still try to find a formation capable of giving stability to the team. The Worker, despite all his recent problems, has a cast that should deliver more.

Sunday is an opportunity that cannot be missed.

A win takes the Ghost to 40 points and can return confidence to the cast to try a start in the sequel to Series B. One defeat, or even another draw, will increase the feeling that the championship is slipping by the hands.

You don't need a miracle.

You don't have to look at others.

You don't have to do it.

You have to beat Londrina.

Because there has come a point in Series B where the Worker can no longer wait for the next round to start reacting.
