Caixa opens contest with 184 positions and salaries up to R$ 14,900
Registrations take place from November 7 to December 8 of this year. The exams will be held on February 1, 2026
The Caixa Econômica Federal launches, on Friday (7), the public tender for positions of the higher professional career. The contest will be held by the Cesgranrio Foundation and the tests will be applied on February 1, 2026.
In total, 184 vacancies will be offered, distributed as follows: Architect: 36 vacancies; Civil Engineer: 103 vacancies; Security Engineer: 3 vacancies; Electrical Engineer: 13 vacancies; Mechanical Engineer: 5 vacancies and Work Doctor: 24 vacancies.

In addition, our goal is to take better care of the people who make the bank happen, with actions aimed at the health, well-being and appreciation of our employees", emphasizes the president of the bank, Carlos Vieira.
Charges and benefits
For the positions of Architect and Engineer, the daily working time is 8 hours, totaling 40 hours per week. The monthly remuneration of R$ 14,915.00. In the case of the doctor, the scheduled day is 6 hours per day, totaling 30 hours per week, with remuneration of R$ 11,186.00 per month.
Employees also have the following benefits: health care, supplementary pensions, share in profits and results, food and meal assistance, transportation voucher and day care assistance.
Evidence
The tests will have objective questions of general and specific knowledge, in addition to discursive proof. Applicants will also go through a degree evaluation phase.
The Fund will allocate the percentage of 5% of the total vacancies to candidates with disabilities, 25% to candidates black people, 3% to candidates indigenous people and 2% to candidates quilombola people.

The contest will be valid for two years, extendable for an equal period, at the discretion of the Box. After the publication of the notice, registrations can be made through the Cesgranrio website.
