Concurso do TCU with 20 vacancies offers salaries up to R$ 26 thousand

The Court of Auditors of the Union (TCU) has opened applications for the public tender that will fill vacancies in the position of federal auditor of external control (AUFC). The selection process is organized by the Brazilian Center for Research in Evaluation and Selection and Promotion of Events (Cebraspe), and registrations can be made through the site until 6 pm on December 3, by Brasília time.

The position offers remuneration of R$ 26.159,01 for a 40-hour weekly journey. To participate, it is necessary to have a higher level diploma in any area, issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and a minimum age of 18 years old until the date of possession.

Vacancies and quotas

The contest offers 20 immediate vacancies and training of registration reservation. Of the total, 11 are of wide competition, two for people with disabilities (PCD), five for black or brown people, one for indigenous person and one for quilombola person.

During the application, the candidate must indicate the interest in applying for the reserved vacancies and perform ethnic-racial self-declaration, according to the criteria of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE).

Applicants with disabilities must attach a medical report containing the identification of the applicant, type and degree of disability, date of issue, signature and registration number of the professional responsible in the respective class council.

Tax and exemption

The registration fee is R$ 120, and the payment must be made by December 5, through the Guia de Recolhimento da União (GRU) generated on the Cebraspe website. The GRU can be paid in banks, lottery houses or post offices.

The total exemption from the tax will be granted to candidates registered in the Cadúnico, belonging to low-income families, and to bone marrow donors registered in entities recognized by the Ministry of Health, according to Law no. 13656/2018. The request for exemption must be made by 6 pm next Monday (10), also through the contest website.

Evidence

The selection process will have objective and discursive tests, both of eliminatory and qualifying nature, scheduled for February 22, 2026.

The objective test will be applied in the morning, with 200 questions of the type “right or wrong” and duration of five hours. The discursive test will take place in the afternoon, with three dissertation questions and duration of 4h30.

Results and validity

The final result of the competition will be published in the Official Journal of the Union and on Cebraspe’s website on March 20, 2026. The reservation registration will be valid for one year and may be extended for the same period.
