The 13th Congress of Education starts today (29th), in Ponta Grossa, with a lecture by Marcos Meier on emotional management and leadership. The event runs until October 2nd.
The Education Congress in Ponta Grossa begins on Tuesday (29), with programming aimed at education professionals and the community. The opening is scheduled for 7 pm at the Cine Teatro Ópera and will have a talk by Marcos Meier on the theme “Emotional Management: the role of leadership in the challenge of making it happen”.
The meeting is coming to the 13th edition and will be held between September 29 and October 2. This year, the theme is “Networked education, technologies that transform lives”, with activities that seek to discuss the impacts of technological transformations on the educational environment.
Emotional management opens up programming
The opening lecture with Marcos Meier will be dedicated to emotional management and the role of leaders in the face of everyday challenges.
The proposal is to address how leaders can deal with emotions, human relationships and decision-making in environments that require constant adaptation, especially in the face of technological changes and new demands of education.
The theme dialogues directly with the routine of directors, coordinators, teachers and other professionals who work in educational institutions.
Technology is central to Congress
In addition to the discussion on leadership, the Congress will have a program focused on the use of technologies and the transformations that are already part of the reality of schools. The event will feature lectures, workshops and pedagogical exhibitions. The activities include specific audiences such as directors, 5th grade teachers, educação infantil professionals, and inclusion-related teams.
The program also includes activities in the Event Center, where pedagogical shows will be held. Some evening lectures will have open participation to the community, including representatives of private schools and universities.
