CRAS Cará-Cará celebrates Children's Day with a day of games
CRAS Cará-Cará Children's Day brought families together in Ponta Grossa with games, lunch and bonding activities.

The Social Assistance Reference Center (CRAS) Cara-Cara, in Ponta Grossa, promoted a special afternoon of activities for children and families served by the unit. The fraternization, held last Thursday (1st), was part of the actions in celebration of Children's Day and gathered users accompanied by the Family Protection and Integral Care Service (PAIF).
Linked to the Social Assistance Foundation of Ponta Grossa (FASPG), CRAS prepared a program aimed at coexistence between parents, caregivers and children. Throughout the afternoon, participants had access to facial paint, balloon sculptures and different collective games.
Among the activities carried out were the traditional dance of the chairs and the dance with bladders. The mothers also participated in the games alongside the children, extending the moments of integration and relaxation promoted by the team.
Coexistence and strengthening of bonds
In addition to the jokes, the program featured a snack prepared especially for the fraternization, with sweets, savory and ice cream. At the end of the activities, each child received a mime as a reminder of the celebration.
According to the president of FASPG, Tatyana Belo, initiatives such as the one carried out at CRAS Cara-Cará are part of the actions developed by PAIF and complement the monitoring provided to families.
“The service also promotes spaces for coexistence, strengthening family and community ties and encouraging social participation, guaranteeing children and their families moments of integration and welcome,” he said.
Work developed by PAIF
The Integral Family Protection and Care Service is developed in the CRAS and seeks to support families served by social assistance policy, contributing to the strengthening of family and community relations.
The fraternization carried out in Cará-Cará sought precisely to expand this contact between the users and the team responsible for the care, providing an environment of coexistence for adults and children.
In addition to marking the celebrations for Children’s Day, celebrated on October 12, the activity reinforced the role of CRAS as a space for welcoming, integration and participation of families accompanied by social care services in Ponta Grossa.
