Denunciation leads PM to bar and ends with drug seizure in PG

On Thursday night, a crack seizure in Ponta Grossa mobilized military police teams to a bar located in Rua Tobias Moscoso, in the Ronda region. During the approach, police found 31 stones of a substance similar to crack with a 35-year-old woman. A 21-year-old and a 9-year-old were also at the facility.

According to information transmitted by the Military Police to Portal BnT Online, the incident began after an anonymous complaint pointed to a possible commercialization of narcotics in a bar located near the Church Santa Rita.

The complaint indicated that a couple was conducting drug sales on the spot. Before the information, a police team was moved to the address to verify the situation.

Upon arriving at the establishment, the military found a 35-year-old woman, her partner, 21, and a 9-year-old child sitting at a table. According to initial information, the adults were drinking beer at the time of the police arrival.

During the approach, the agents located, in a small bag that was with the woman, 31 stones of a substance similar to crack.

Guardianship Council was triggered during the occurrence

The presence of the child caught the attention of the police, who activated the Guardian Council to monitor the situation and take appropriate measures.

The measure aimed to ensure the care and protection of the child, given the circumstances encountered during the occurrence.

According to the Military Police, the couple was referred to the 13th Police Subdivision of Ponta Grossa for legal procedures and clarifications on the case.

Police confirm seizure of 31 stones

In an interview with the Portal BnT Online team, aspiring Lascos of the Military Police explained how the agents arrived at the establishment.

"The military police today received anonymous information that there were some individuals selling drugs in a bar in the Ronda region," he said.

The police also confirmed that, after the approach, 31 stones of substance similar to crack were found and that the situation of the child was referred to the Guardian Council.

The seizure of crack in Ponta Grossa resulted in the referral of the two adults to the police station, where the police authority was responsible for the evaluation of the facts and the procedures provided for by law.

So far, no details have been reported about possible auto-in flagrante or other measures adopted by the Civil Police.
