Driver leaves scene after car leaves the road on PR-151 in Castro

An accident on PR-151 in Castro, in the Campos Gerais region, was recorded on Sunday morning (18), around 8:15 a.m. A Volkswagen Gol, with plates of Carambeí, left the track at km 286.9, on the stretch between Piraí do Sul and Castro. According to the State Road Police (PRE), the driver left the site and was not identified. There was no record of victims.
Gol left the track on PR-151
According to the information passed on by the 5th Company of the Road Police Battalion (BPRv), the vehicle was traveling along the PR-151 in the direction Piraí do Sul to Castro when, upon reaching km 286,9, it left the track.
The car was damaged in the accident. The circumstances that led to the runway exit were not clarified in the police report.
The occurrence was initially attended by the EPR dealership team, responsible for the operational service on the highway stretch.
The driver left the scene before police arrived.
According to the State Road Police bulletin, when the police arrived to perform the service, the Volkswagen Gol had already been removed from the site by the dealership.
For this reason, the police team reported that it was not possible to identify with precision the type of accident that occurred.
Another point highlighted in the register was the absence of the driver, who left the site before identification by the police team.
