Drunk driver without a license reverses and hits car in Ponta Grossa intersection
Incident was registered on Sunday night (11) in Ponta Grossa

An occurrence of drunkenness at the wheel was recorded on Sunday night, around 8 p.m., at the intersection of Simone Kapp Street with Toledo Street, at Ponta Grossa.
According to the information, a driver without a CNH was driving a VW Gol with Ponta Grossa plates. Approaching the intersection with Toledo Street, the driver crossed the intersection and then maneuvered backwards, colliding with a Fiat Palio that followed just behind, driven by a properly trained woman.
During the approach, the ethylometer test was offered to the Gol driver, who pointed to 0.95 mg/L of alcohol per liter of alveolar air - an index that configures traffic crime. The test carried out on the Palio driver gave a negative result.
The team prepared the transit bulletin on the spot. Gol was removed to the courtyard by licensing debits, while Palio was released.
The driver of the Gol was issued on the basis of articles 165 (drunkenness), 230 V and 162 I of the Brazilian Transit Code (CTB) and referred to the 13th Regional Flagrants Central for traffic crime procedures.
