Elections: Fadel defends structural projects and regional protagonism during ACIPG's sabatina
Candidate for re-election, Fadel highlighted the importance of commitment around strategic issues for development.
The state deputy Moacyr Fadel (PSD), candidate for re-election, participated in the sabbatical promoted by the Commercial, Industrial and Business Association of Ponta Grossa (ACIPG), where he presented his vision on the challenges and opportunities for the development of Campos Gerais and Paraná.
During the meeting, Fadel defended greater prominence of the region in state decisions and reinforced the need to prioritize structuring investments in infrastructure, logistics and economic development to increase competitiveness and improve the quality of life of the population.
“A region like the Campos Gerais needs to have a voice in the decisions of the Paraná. Regional development depends on planning, dialogue and the joining of forces to transform projects into works and results. It is necessary to have representatives who know the reality of the municipalities and are committed to the demands of the population,” said the parliamentarian.
One of the main topics addressed in the Sabbath was the logistical challenge faced by the region. Fadel highlighted the need to implement the third track in the connection of the Campos Gerais with Curitiba and the completion of the paving of the Cerne Road as strategic works for regional development.
“They are fundamental investments to strengthen the economy, facilitate the transport of production, increase the safety of users and improve the routine of thousands of people who depend on these connections daily,” he said.
The deputy also reinforced his commitment to the productive sector, to the entrepreneurs, farmers and workers who move the economy of the Campos Gerais.
“I will always be at the side of those who produce, generate jobs and move our economy. Our role is to build solutions, seek investments and work so that development reaches the municipalities and improves the lives of people,” said Fadel.
Trajectory
With experience of four terms as mayor of Castro, Fadel has a prominent role in the region. He has been twice president of the Association of Municipalities of Paraná (AMCG) and the Association of Municipalities of Paraná (AMP).
In his first term as a state deputy he was responsible for the articulation of more than R$ 1 billion in investments and works.
