The transition of government in the Paraná officially began on Thursday (5), with the first meeting between representatives of the elected governor Sergio Moro (PL) and the administration of Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior (PSD). The meeting took place in the Hat of the Thinker, in the Bigorrilho neighborhood, in Curitiba, and marked the beginning of the process of transferring information about the administrative and financial situation of the State.
During the meeting, the members of the two teams were presented and formalized a request for access to documents and reports of the current management. Neither Moro nor Ratinho Junior attended the meeting in person.
From this stage, the representatives of the elected governor will be able to consult information on revenues, expenses, administrative contracts, the structure of the secretariats, investments, public programs and works in execution. The objective is to allow the future administration to be aware of the conditions of the State before assuming the command of the Executive.

Moro wants to diagnose state finances
The elected governor considers the collection of information an essential step in organizing the first measures of his administration.
According to Moro, access to the data will allow to identify the main demands of the Paraná, establish priorities and prepare the decisions that should be taken from January.
The analysis should also include financial commitments and projects that are already in progress, in order to ensure the continuity of public services during the change of government.
Transition will follow rules established by decree
The transfer of the information will be carried out in accordance with State Decree No. 15.525, signed by Ratinho Junior on October 26.
The regulations establish procedures for cooperation between teams, with principles of transparency, administrative responsibility and preservation of the functioning of state bodies.
Decree No. 15,659, published in the Official Gazette of the State on Wednesday (4), formalized the members responsible for the work.

Change of government also affects Campos Gerais
For Ponta Grossa and the other municipalities of Campos Gerais, the transition represents an important moment of monitoring state policies.
Infrastructure projects, investments in health, education, public safety and road improvements are among the areas that depend on the articulation between the Government of Paraná and the municipal administrations.
The expectation is that the survey carried out by the teams will allow the identification of the commitments already made by the State and the initiatives that may have continuity in the next management.
