Father of Vorcaro Seeks Freedom from STF Over Health

The defense of Henrique Vorcaro, father of the former banker Daniel Vorcaro, on Tuesday (3) submitted a new request for freedom to Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). It will be up to the President of the Court, Luiz Edson Fachin, to examine the case. The lawyers request the revocation of preventive detention or the granting of house arrest on the grounds of health.

Henrique Vorcaro was arrested on May 14, 2026, on suspicion of integrating the alleged core of coercion and intimidation linked to the investigations of the Master case.
