Feira do Empreendedor transforms Sagrada Família students into young entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurship Fair at Sagrada Família College encourages creativity, teamwork and brings students closer to the business world.

Creativity, innovation and business opportunity marked the Colégio Sagrada Família Entrepreneur Fair, held in Ponta Grossa with the aim of encouraging students to develop entrepreneurial skills and put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout school education.
During the programming, students had the opportunity to create projects, develop products, organize outreach strategies and experience some of the steps involved in creating and running a business.
Feira values the talents and creativity of students
According to the director of Colégio Sagrada Família, irmã Edites, one of the main proposals of the fair is to allow children and adolescents to recognize and develop their own talents.
“Every child has potential within them and the adolescent has an increased potential. So, the first importance is to value the talent, the gift and the creativity of each human being,” he emphasized.
The director also stressed that learning happens especially when students can turn ideas into concrete actions.
“We showed them that in order to evolve, you have to get your hands on the dough and do something,” he said.
Another point highlighted by management is the ability to work collectively. For irmã Edites, the exchange of experiences is fundamental to the development of projects.
“It’s working together, teamwork, the sharing of ideas and ideals to come up with an idea and put it into effect,” he added.
Students turn experiences into business
In addition to learning related to management and entrepreneurship, the projects presented also carry stories and personal experiences of students.
The student Júlia said that her group decided to work with a proposal related to toys and childhood memories.
“We always grew up in this toy, this childhood. Now, coming to the Ensino Médio and the third one, we end up stopping playing and focusing more on the studies. So, bringing this theme, we thought a lot about remembering our childhood,” he explained.
Throughout the fair, students also exercised skills such as planning, communication, financial organization, creativity and public relations.
Experience brings young people closer to the labour market
The municipal secretary of Industry, Commerce and Professional Qualification, Tônia Mansani, also followed the initiative and highlighted the importance of activities that bring the school content closer to real situations.
“These moments that the school, in this case the Sacred, is preparing, are moments in which the student takes away all that knowledge that he is learning over the years and puts into practice,” he said.
According to Tônia, the creation of a company, even within an educational activity, allows students to have contact with challenges similar to those encountered in professional daily life.
“When you create a company, you’re not only exercising that knowledge, but you’re posing the challenges that are our day-to-day, of setting up a business or even working on a business,” he added.
The Colégio Sagrada Família Entrepreneur’s Fair also aims to help students be more prepared to identify opportunities, make decisions, work in teams and plan the next steps in academic and professional life.
