Five people injured after rollover on PRC-466 in Turvo
Rollover on PRC-466 in Turvo leaves five people injured in the early morning of this Sunday (6). Victims were taken to Hospital Bom Jesus.

A rollover on the PRC-466 in Turvo left five people injured in the early hours of Sunday (6). The accident occurred around 5:40 am, at km 234.7 of the highway, in the stretch between Palmeirinha and Turvo, in the region of Campos Gerais.
According to information from the Road Police Battalion (BPRv), the vehicle involved was a Chevrolet Onix, with Turvo plates. The car followed the PRC-466 down the highway when the driver lost control of the steering.
The car then rolled over the track.
Driver had moderate injuries
The vehicle was driven by a 19-year-old man, who suffered injuries considered moderate.
Four other people were on the Chevrolet Onix at the time of the accident. A 24-year-old man, a 49-year-old woman, a 24-year-old woman and a 17-year-old teenager were lightly injured.
The five victims were treated by emergency teams after the overturning on PRC-466 in Turvo.
According to the Road Police, the occupants were rescued by the Mobile Emergency Service (Samu) and sent to Hospital Bom Jesus, in Turvo.
Vehicle was removed by winch
The accident also caused damage to the Chevrolet Onix. After the procedures carried out on site, the Road Police found that the vehicle and the driver were in a regular situation.
The car was released at the scene and removed from the highway by means of a winch.
The Road Police carried out the necessary care and procedures on the stretch after the accident.
No information was disclosed on the possible need for a ban on PRC-466 during the care of the victims and the removal of the vehicle.
The overturning occurred during the early hours of Sunday, in a stretch of the PRC-466 that connects localities of the central region of the Paraná.
The circumstances that caused the young man to lose control of the management were not detailed in the report released by the authorities.
Despite the impact, there was no record of deaths. The driver was the victim with more serious injuries, initially classified as moderate, while the four passengers suffered minor injuries.
The case was handled by the Paraná Military Police, through the Road Police Battalion, in addition to the Samu teams responsible for the care and referral of the victims.
