Goodness Parade brings together 100 cancer patients in special event in Ponta Grossa

The 5th edition of the Good Parade in Ponta Grossa promises an afternoon of emotion, self-esteem and celebration of life. The event, promoted by Santa Casa de Ponta Grossa, will be held on October 24, starting at 4 pm, in the Silvana Kuhn space, and will have about 100 patients in cancer treatment as protagonists of the catwalk. Admission is free.

More than presenting clothes and styles, the parade seeks to value the history of each participant, providing a special moment of joy, welcome and overcoming. The initiative also brings together families, health professionals, partners and the community around a message of hope and appreciation of life.

Sensory experience will be new in this edition

This year, the Parade of Good will have as its theme the five senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch.

The proposal of Santa Casa is to provide a special sensory experience, involving the audience and participants at different times throughout the event.

Through the senses, the organization aims to awaken emotions and create an atmosphere of welcome, making the experience even more meaningful for those who are present.

The initiative also reinforces the importance of humanized care, which considers not only the disease, but also the feelings, self-esteem and history of each patient.

Patients will be the protagonists of the catwalk

It is expected that approximately 100 patients will participate in the parade, sharing with the public their stories of courage, perseverance and appreciation of life.

For the Santa Casa, the action represents an opportunity to offer participants a moment of relaxation and recognition, allowing the treatment to be in the background for a few hours.
