High volume and fight: neck grabbed and fingernail in the eye

A neighbor fight over loud noise ended with the Military Police in the center of Imbituva, around 11:50 p.m. on Saturday (08).

The staff was triggered to attend an occurrence of de facto roads.In the place, the applicant told that the neighbor was with the sound at high volume, causing discomfort for the whole house.

Mother went to ask to lower the volume

In the face of the noise, the applicant’s mother decided to go to the neighbor’s residence to ask, in the good way, that he decrease the volume of the sound. But, according to the report, the neighbor refused and there began the discussion.

Neck clutched and nail in eye

According to the victim (the mother), in the midst of the confusion, the neighbor would have held her neck. To defend herself, she reacted and hit his eye with her nail, causing an injury.

The neighbor was at the scene and confirmed that there was a discussion and that he would have been assaulted.

Nobody wanted to represent

In the face of the facts, none of the parties expressed an interest in representing at that time. The two said that if necessary, they would appear at the Civil Police Station to continue the situation. The parties were properly guided by the police team and the case was registered.
