I Canta PG brings together choirs of different generations in an unprecedented performance at Teatro Ópera

The Teatro Ópera, in Ponta Grossa, will be the scene of an unprecedented presentation on October 8, at 8 pm. The Drama-Musical Conservatory Maestro Paulino Martins Alves holds the I Canta PG, an event that will bring together, for the first time, all the institution’s choirs and satellite choir projects in a major celebration of music and choral singing. The entry will be by the delivery of a bullet packet.

The presentation will have the participation of groups of different age groups, bringing together singers from the age of 7. The repertoire will feature children’s songs in honor of Children’s Week, providing the public with a night of integration between different generations through music.

Presentation brings together six choral singing groups

The I Canta PG will have the participation of the Choir of the Conservatory, Youth Choir, Meninas Cantoras de Ponta Grossa, Satellite Choirs, Vocal Group of the Conservatory and Coro Cidade de Ponta Grossa.

The proposal is to bring together, on the same stage, the different works developed by the Maestro Paulino Conservatory and the satellite coral projects, providing a meeting between children, young people and adults who share an interest in choral singing.

In addition to celebrating music, the initiative seeks to enhance the musical training activities developed in Ponta Grossa, bringing together the participating groups and the public in a presentation that highlights the diversity of voices and generations.
