Inscriptions for the 'Enem of exams' start this Saturday
Exams will be held on May 5th, in 220 cities
The registration for the Unified National Public Competition (Enem of the competitions) begins on Friday (19) and continues until February 9. The event will select, at one time, 6,640 servers for filling in 21 federal public bodies.
The tests will be applied on May 5, in 220 cities, distributed in all states and in the Federal District. The registration fee is R$ 60 for middle-level vacancies and R$ 90, for higher-level vacancies.
Candidates who are part of the Single Registry for Social Programs (Cadúnico) and who have studied or have studied in college with support from the Higher Education Student Fund (Fies) or the University for All Program (ProUni), as well as bone marrow donors, are exempt.
In the act of registration, made exclusively by the Gov.br application, a Guidance for the Collection of the Union (GRU) will be generated, the only payment mechanism that will be valid for the contest.
The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services, responsible for the conduct of the competition, recommends careful reading of the notices, “potentiating the professional and academic trajectories of the candidates”.
In a note, the portfolio stressed that the proposal is to democratize access to federal cadres and allow candidates to align their vocations to the opportunities offered.
The ministry presented a detailed notice of the contest. Section 1 (preliminary provisions) deals with general rules, applying company (Cesgranrio Foundation) and stages of the selection process.
Section 2 (vacant) specifies which vacancies are in dispute within each of the eight thematic blocks. Section 3 (reserved vacancies) details the vacancies reserved being 5% for people with disabilities and 20% for black people, in addition to 30% of the vacancies of the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples (Funai) for indigenous peoples.
Section 4 (requirements for the endowed in the specialty) deals with the specifics necessary for each of the positions, such as having Brazilian or Portuguese nationality; being up to date with electoral and military obligations; and having training in specific degrees for some of the positions.
“That is, a person can even get a score to be approved, but if he does not present the required training, he will not be able to take up the position. The training requirements vary for each position and organ participating. We must redouble our attention at the time of choices,” the ministry warns.
In section 5 (registrations), it is explicit that the registration must be made by the candidate himself and only by the application Gov.br. All account levels on the platform (gold, silver or bronze) will be accepted. Only after the accreditation is that the candidate will be able to access the registration environment of the Cesgranrio Foundation, which will apply the tests.
Section 6 (confirmation of application) highlights that it is necessary to check if all the required criteria have been contained and if the information provided is correct, as well as to be sure of the list of preference to the positions claimed.
The section 7 (technical qualification stage) discusses the specifics of the competition and the stages that make up the contest and also deals with the organization of the tests in five thematic axes, which have different weights for each of the positions that make up the block.
“After choosing one of the eight thematic blocks [each candidate may apply in only one block, change being allowed until the final date of applications, February 9,], the candidate must have the desired positions classified, in order of preference [it is possible to apply for all positions, provided that they are within the same block].”
Section 8 (norms and procedures for taking the exams) deals with the rules for the day of the exam. In the morning, general objective questions and discursive proof will be applied. In the afternoon, tests with specific objective questions will be applied.
In section 9 (resources and review) are given, deadlines and procedures necessary to ensure that the resources are evaluated by the organizing committee and the examining bench.
Section 10 (final classification, homologation and appointment) will have a specific live to be conducted by the ministry, but still without a date.
Finally, section 11 (final provisions) highlights the possibility of using the competition classification lists also for the occupation of vacancies in temporary positions, and if the candidate accepts a temporary position, he will continue on the waiting list of the other positions. The contest will be valid for 12 months and may be extended for another 12 months.
"People approved for positions that may not be the first option selected at the time of enrollment will remain on the waiting list for the main desired position," it added.
