Justice suspends decision that allowed operation of three bets

The second instance of the Justiça Federal in São Paulo on Friday brought down the injunction that authorized the operation of three online bookmakers.
The decision to release the bets was made by the Federal Regional Court of the 3rd Region (TRF3), after an appeal filed by the Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU).
With the decision, the injunction that released the Betting House, Betsul and Online Gaming platforms, all belonging to CDA Gaming, will be suspended until the final decision of the court.
Last month, the federal government banned the operation of companies that operate online betting sites, known as bets.
