Largest campaign donations in Ponta Grossa reach R$200 thousand; see who received them

The largest campaign donations in Ponta Grossa show an expressive difference between the values destined by natural persons to candidates for state and federal deputy linked to the municipality in the elections of 2026. The largest individual transfer identified so far is R$ 200,000, destined for the campaign of Geraldo Stocco (PV). Following are Aliel Machado (PV), Julio Kuller (PL), Jocelito Canto (PP), Mabel Canto (PP) and Marlon Alessandro (PT).

The survey considers donations made by individuals directly to the campaigns and uses information declared to Justiça Eleitoral. As the election is still in progress, new transfers may be registered and the values presented may be subject to change. The campaigns have a deadline to communicate new revenues to Justiça Eleitoral.

Stocco concentrates the largest individual donation

The highest contribution among the candidates analyzed was destined to Geraldo Stocco, candidate for state deputy for the PV. The businesswoman Terezinha Soares Rorato gave R$ 200,000 directly to the candidacy.

Stocco has so far declared R$ 292,98 thousand in campaign revenues. Of this total, R$ 203,000 correspond to resources coming from natural persons. Thus, Terezinha’s contribution alone represents 98.5% of the private donations of third parties received by the candidacy.

The candidate’s advisory office previously informed BnT Online that the donation would have been articulated through the PV itself. According to the campaign, the appeal would initially go to the party, which would have directed the transfer to be made directly to the candidacy.

Aliel has three donors of R $ 60,000

In the campaign for federal deputy, Aliel Machado (PV) appears in second place when considered the largest contribution made by the same person.

Three different donors transferred R$ 60,000 each: Jorge Alberto Bichara de Melo, Samy Uziel and Eduardo Henriques Resende. Together, the three transfers represent R$ 180,000.

Aliel declared R$ 2.688 million in revenues until the period consulted. The majority, R$ 2.5 million, came from the National Directorate of the PV. In addition to the three transfers of R$ 60,000, Patricia Dayana de Jezus appears with a contribution of R$ 8,000.

Julio Kuller received R$19,000 from the same donor

The councilman Julio Kuller (PL), candidate for state deputy, appears in the sequence. Jocimara de Almeida Soldi allocated a total of R$19,000 to the campaign, through two transfers: one of R$10,000 and another of R$9,000.

The Kuller campaign declared R$113,600 in revenue. The largest general transfer came from the National Directorate of the PL, with R $ 90,000. There are also R$ 4,611 coming from Adecio Ferreira Porto.

Jocelito and Mabel receive R$ 10 thousand from the same donor

The updated survey shows a curious situation in the campaigns of Jocelito Canto, candidate for federal deputy, and Mabel Canto, who seeks re-election as a state deputy.

Sebastião Grzebeluka allocated R$10,000 for the Jocelito campaign and another R$10,000 for Mabel Canto.

Jocelito has so far declared R$ 1,375 million in revenues, being R$ 1,365 million from the National Directorate of the PP and R$ 10 thousand from Grzebeluka’s donation.

Mabel has declared R$375,600. Of this total, R$ 360,600 came from the party, R$ 10,000 correspond to Grzebeluka’s donation and R$ 5,000 are the candidate’s own resources.

The inclusion of Mabel is an update on the previous survey of the BnT, produced on the basis generated by the TSE on September 8. As the account performance receives new releases during the campaign, the ranking may change.

Marlon received R$ 5,000

Among the candidates analyzed, Marlon Alessandro (PT) received an individual contribution of R$ 5,000 from Leonardo Gomes Pereira.

The candidacy to state deputy declared R$ 34,000 in revenues, being R$ 29,000 transferred by the National Directorate of the PT and R$ 5,000 by the donor natural person.

The comparison considers the total allocated by each natural person to an application. In the case of Julio Kuller, for example, Jocimara de Almeida Soldi’s R$19,000 were divided into two releases.

Other candidates have lower values or depend on the parties

Among other names with a trajectory in Ponta Grossa, Dr. Magno (Novo) declared R$ 129,45 thousand raised, but his largest donors identified individuals appear with R$ 2,5 thousand each. Most of his resources came from the party itself.

Ricardo Zampieri (PL) declared R$ 95,000, of which R$ 90,000 came from the National Direction of the party and R$ 5,000 correspond to the resources of the candidate himself. Because they are own resources, the amount was not included in the ranking of donations from third parties.

Izaias Salustiano (PSDB) had R$ 75,000 declared, entirely coming from the party leadership, while Leandro Dias (PSOL) had as the largest individual contribution of third parties identified a transfer of R$ 500.

Data does not indicate irregularity

The declared values, in isolation, do not represent any indication of irregularity. Natural persons may finance electoral campaigns within the limits provided for by law.

The survey serves to show how local applications are being funded and what is the weight of individual contributions compared to the resources transferred by the parties.

The numbers are not yet definitive. As 2026 campaigns continue to raise funds and send information to Justiça Eleitoral, new donations can change both the total values and the position of candidates in the survey.
