List of approved candidates in CNU is available; check it out

The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) announced the individual results of the candidates who participated in the Unified National Public Competition (UNCP) of 2024, on the morning of Tuesday (04). The results are available in 173 lists detailing the classification by position, covering all thematic blocks.

The interested parties can access the information through the candidate area on the website of the Cesgranrio Foundation, which is responsible for the organization of the contest.

Candidates belonging to the thematic block 8, which covers middle-level vacancies, already have access to the final ranking and final results. For the higher level blocks (from 1 to 7), provisional lists were published that show the classification of each position, in addition to the calls for training courses of nine different positions.

In addition, all CPNU participants who are users of the Gov.br portal received, through the new individual mailbox, a personalized message with their results. Access to this message is restricted to users with silver and gold security levels, available both by the app and by the Gov.br website.

From 10am, candidates were also informed via email and WhatsApp about their individual results and possible calls for training courses. In addition to this, the MGI announced that this afternoon an extra edition of the Official Journal of the Union will be published containing eight edicts with the results. One of the notices will include the final results of block 8 and the others will bring the call lists for training courses of blocks 1 to 7, informing the name of the summoned, registration number and positions.

It is scheduled for February 28th to publish the definitive list of candidates approved in blocks 1 to 7 who do not need to complete training courses, as well as the final list of those summoned to enrol in these courses.

The dissemination of the results takes place despite the recommendations issued by the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office (MPF) to the MGI and the Cesgranrio Foundation last Friday (31), suggesting the suspension of the publication of the final results until irregularities related to racial quotas were resolved.

The Public Defender of the Union (DPU) also requested clarifications on possible failures in the hetero-identification stage of the contest, having sent a formal letter on Thursday (30) with a deadline for response stipulated in two working days.

Unified Contest

The National Unified Public Competition is considered the largest public competition held in Brazil, being compared to Enem due to its coverage. The contest took place on August 18 of last year, simultaneously in 218 cities throughout the country, with the aim of democratizing access to vacancies in the public service through a single registration fee.

In total, 2,144,397 registered candidates competed for 6,640 positions at various levels and specialties in 21 federal public administration bodies. Approximately one million candidates participated in the objective and discursive tests.

Remunerations for new federal servers vary between R$ 3,741.84 and R$ 22,921.71. This competition was innovative by allowing candidates to apply for various vacancies in different public bodies, with opportunities organized in eight thematic blocks according to similar areas of government activity.

Approved candidates should be aware of the next steps regarding calls for training courses. Although some have found an outdated message displayed automatically (in pop-up format), all individual results are properly published on the Cesgranrio website, as established.

It is important to point out that an earlier notice erroneously indicated a delay in the disclosure of the final results due to a judicial agreement with the MPF; this text referred to a postponement that occurred in November 2024. The MGI clarified that this message was old and the result of a technical configuration of the Cesgranrio system.
