Man is arrested after assaulting his stepson, partner and pushing an elderly woman in Ponta Grossa

A man was arrested by the Municipal Civil Guard on Sunday night (20), around 19:48, after an occurrence of domestic violence in the Cara-Cara neighborhood, in Ponta Grossa.

According to the information, the equipe GAT was triggered by the GCM Operations Center. The 19-year-old applicant reported that his stepfather had ingested alcohol and in an altered state disagreed with his girlfriend, the applicant's mother.

According to the report, the author damaged the victim's vehicle, breaking all the windows. When intervening to defend his mother, the fanged man was assaulted, with injuries to his right hand and face, and threatened with death with a knife.

The applicant’s grandmother also tried to contain the attacker to protect the grandson and managed to remove the knife from her hand. She was then pushed, fell to the ground and injured her finger.

After the assaults, the perpetrator chased the stepson and his girlfriend in public, almost running them over. When the vehicle stopped, he threatened the young woman with a tile in her hands.

Then the stepfather fled the scene taking the car without authorization, saying that he would return with a firearm to kill the stepson.

Shortly after, the author returned to the residence at high speed with the same vehicle and was approached by the GCM team on the same road. In a personal journal, nothing illicit was found.

The author was given a voice of imprisonment, with his constitutional rights guaranteed and without the need for handcuffs. He was led to the 13th SDP for the appropriate measures.
