Man is arrested for applying fake PIX scam in military materials store in Ponta Grossa
Arrest occurred on Wednesday (7). The suspect confessed to forging PIX receipts.
A man was arrested on the afternoon of Wednesday (7) for stelionate on Ponta Grossa. The case was registered at 3:49 p.m. at Avenida General Carlos Cavalcanti, in the Uvaranas neighborhood.
Military officers were fired up to a military supplies store, where the owner reported that, since September 2026, an individual had been making purchases by sending false proofs of PIX, causing the withdrawal of the goods without due payment.
On this date, after a new contact of the suspect for the acquisition of materials, the team remained in the place and approached the individual who appeared to carry out the withdrawal. Initially, he provided false names, but was later identified.
Upon being questioned, the author confessed to the forgery of the proofs of PIX and informed that the other materials obtained previously were in his residence. The team moved to the property, where they located and recovered the objects.
The man received a voice of arrest and was taken, along with the victim and the recovered objects, to the 13th SDP for presentation to the police authority.
