Man is attacked with a pair of scissors in the ear in a plaza in the center of PG

A man was wounded with scissors in his ear after an argument in Baron Square of Rio Branco, known as Blue Dot Square, in the central region of Ponta Grossa. The incident mobilized teams from the Mobile Emergency Service (Samu) and the Municipal Civil Guard (GCM).

According to preliminary information, the assault took place after a disagreement between two men in a street situation. During the discussion, one of them would have used scissors to reach the victim's ear region.

After the attack, the suspect fled the scene and, until the last update of the information, had not been located.

Victim received attention from Samu

The Samu team was called in to assist the injured man. The victim received the first calls within the ambulance, in the vicinity of a commercial establishment located in front of the square.

The Municipal Civil Guard was also called in to support the rescue team and monitor the occurrence.

To date, no official information has been released about the severity of the injury, the identity of the victim or the need for referral to a hospital unit.

Suspect escaped after assault

According to initial reports, the man named as responsible for the assault left the Baron Square of Rio Branco shortly after the attack.
