Miranda returns and praises victory that placed Operário in G6

The Worker in the B Series returned to the G6 after winning a major victory in Ponta Grossa. In direct confrontation at the top of the table, the Phantom beat CRB 3 to 0, overtook the opponent and reached the sixth place of the competition.

In addition to representing three more points in the Alvinegra campaign, the match had a special significance for Miranda. The defender returned to play after a period away from the lawns due to injury and participated in the victory of the Worker.

Miranda values victory in direct confrontation

After the match, Miranda mainly highlighted the importance of the result against an opponent who also disputes the first positions of the Serie B.

"It was a very important victory, mainly because it was a direct confrontation at the top of the table. We made a great start, we managed to impose our rhythm and come out with a very good result. These three points put us back in the G6 and give us even more confidence for the sequence of the competition,” he said.

The 3–0 win allowed the Phantom to just overtake CRB in the standings. With this, the Ponta Grossa team took sixth place and reinforced the contest for the first positions of the competition.

The confrontation also marked another important step in Miranda’s recovery. After losing a few games due to an injury, the defender was again related in the last rounds.

In front of the CRB, Miranda was triggered during the second stage and remained on the field for approximately 45 minutes. The defender celebrated the opportunity to return to help the team within the four lines.

“I’m very happy to play again. It is never easy to be outside, but I worked to recover and be available again. Getting on the field and being able to help the team in a victory like this is very rewarding,” he said.

Miranda also stressed that she intends to continue working to conquer more space and contribute to the Worker in Series B remain among the first places.

“I will continue to dedicate myself daily so that the Worker will continue to make a great campaign and achieve his goals in Serie B,” he added.

Worker back to aim part of top of Serie B

The result increases the confidence of the cast at an important moment of the competition. In addition to the return to the G6, beating a direct opponent by three goals of difference reinforces the campaign of the Phantom in the fight for the first positions.

With Miranda again at his disposal, the Worker also wins another alternative to the defensive system in the sequel to the Serie B. The goal now is to maintain regularity and continue to score points to stay close to the teams leading the standings.
