Monja Coen will participate in event on leadership and AI in Ponta Grossa

The Intelligence Summit at Ponta Grossa will be held on October 19, 2026, at the Silvana Kuhn Convention Center, with the expectation of bringing together more than 1,500 participants. Conducted by Inbix and Unimed Ponta Grossa, the meeting will have 15 hours of programming and will have the participation of Monja Coen among the main guests.

The event will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and will have activities aimed at companies, leaders and professionals from different areas. The proposal is to bring themes related to human development of artificial intelligence applications in companies and in labor relations.

Leadership, people and artificial intelligence

Among the main axes of the meeting are leadership, organizational culture, business sustainability, health, pressure for results and the use of artificial intelligence.

Monja Coen will participate in the programming with an approach to balance, purpose and presence in contemporary leadership.

The proposal is to relate the decisions of leaders to the culture of organizations and the way teams and professionals face changes in the work environment.

Event will have names of large companies

The program will also feature Richard Heiras, Elaine Guzzo, from Cimed, Luis Souza, from Gol, Daniela Diniz, from Great Place To Work, and Patrícia Coimbra, from Porto, among other participants. The contents must address both human aspects of management and challenges related to technology, innovation and transformation of companies.

Business and networking fair

In addition to the lectures and panels, the Intelligence Summit in Ponta Grossa will have a business fair and coexistence spaces to promote contact between companies and professionals. In total, 50 companies participate in the event. Among the sponsors are Alelo, Sodexo, Princesa dos Campos, Hospital de Olhos de Ponta Grossa, MM, Senac and Sicredi. The meeting also counts on the support of the Valley of the Rails and the ABRH.

The program also includes the Summit Intelligence Award, which comes to the third edition in conjunction with the Unimed Ponta Grossa. The presentation will be made by Rafael Cortez.

The award recognizes initiatives and professionals linked to corporate development, with categories related to artificial intelligence, learning, health, quality of life, organizational culture and social impact.

Participation will be by invitation

The event will have no ticket sales. Participation will be by invitation, with access to all the program of the day, including the awards and the happy hour.
