Moro mobilizes 230 mayors in Curitiba for support to Flávio Bolsonaro
Meeting gathered nearly 3,000 people and leaders from eight parties; elected governor defended partnership with municipalities and announced new actions in the South

The elected governor of the Paraná, Sergio Moro (PL), gathered political leaders on Tuesday night (13), at the Madalosso restaurant in Curitiba, to reinforce the campaign of Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) to the Presidency of the Republic. According to the organization, the event had about 230 mayors and almost 3,000 participants, including parliamentarians, deputy mayors and councilors.
The mobilization brought together representatives of eight parties: PL, Novo, Podemos, Republicans, PSD, MDB, União Brasil and Progressives. Among those present was the mayor of Curitiba, Eduardo Pimentel (PSD). The coverage of the meeting also records the participation of mayors of Ponta Grossa, Londrina, Maringá, Cascavel and Foz do Iguaçu. The governador Ratinho Junior (PSD) did not attend.
Moro advocates rapprochement with mayors
During the dinner, Moro highlighted the presence of managers who supported other candidates in the dispute for the state government. The elected governor stated that the positions adopted in the first round should not prevent cooperation between the State and the municipal administrations.
“We invite everyone and we will work together, in partnership,” he said. Moro also stated that he intends to fulfill the commitments presented in the campaign and support projects aimed at the Paraná population.
Flávio sends message to participants
Flávio Bolsonaro participated through a video message. The candidate thanked the support and asked those present to intensify the mobilization in the streets and on social networks during the final straight of the campaign.
In the recording, he stated that, if elected, he intends to act together with Moro and the senators of Paraná to make works feasible and expand investments in the municipalities. The elected senators Filipe Barros (PL) and Deltan Dallagnol (New) also participated in the meeting.
Criticisms of the Federal Government
In a press conference before dinner, Moro criticized the administration of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) and defended greater attention from the federal government to Paraná.
When mentioning resources of Itaipu Binacional, the elected governor argued that the state received more investments during the management of Jair Bolsonaro. The report consulted does not present a comparative survey that proves this evaluation. Moro also defended the union of right and center-right leaders around Flavio.
Carreta and rally planned in Curitiba
Moro announced a sequence of mobilizations in the three southern capitals. The published agenda foresees an act in Porto Alegre on Wednesday (14) and an activity in Florianópolis on Saturday morning (17).
