During the conversation, the candidate stressed the need to form strong benches both in the Congresso Nacional and in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Paraná (Aleppo) to make possible the goals of his management if elected. When asked about local articulations, Moro pointed to Sleutjes’s representativeness with the agribusiness sector:
"In Campos Gerais, we have two big names, which is Aline Sleutjes, who is a great advocate of agriculture and Paraná, was once a federal deputy, was chair of the Agriculture Committee of the House, does a great job and she is a candidate yes on our plate the federal deputy," she said.
Then, the candidate for the Iguazu Palace highlighted the trajectory of Julio Kuller, highlighting his performance in the municipal legislature of Ponta Grossa and the importance of having support in Aleppo to stop political persecutions in the interior:
"We also have Julio Kuller, who is president of the Ponta Grossa House of Councillors, who has also done a great job, is a candidate for state deputy. We need allies in the Legislative Assembly so that we can implement our public policies,” he stressed.
Moro added that strong alliances in the state prevent municipalities from being harmed by political-party disagreements. Citing the mayor of Ponta Grossa, Elizabeth Schmidt, as a political partner, the former judge stated that municipal management cannot suffer discrimination from opposition lawmakers solely because of electoral differences.
