Motorcyclist Injured After Colliding With Car Rear in Ponta Grossa

A 36-year-old woman was injured after she was involved in a traffic accident on Nicolau Kluppel Neto Street, in the Santa Paula region, in Ponta Grossa. The collision involving a motorcycle and a car occurred after the vehicle stopped at a traffic light.

According to information obtained at the scene, the motorcyclist was following the road when he ended up hitting the rear of the car, which had stopped due to traffic signs.

With the impact, the woman suffered a dislocation in the shoulder and another in the lower right limb.

The rescuer provided the first services.

A rescuer from the Mobile Emergency Service (SAMU), who was on leave and passed by the site at the time of the accident, provided the first services to the victim.

In the meantime, a team from the SAMU was triggered and performed the service of the biker. After the initial procedures, the woman was referred to the Pronto Atendimento Unit (UPA) Santa Paula for medical evaluation.

So far, no information has been released about the health status of the victim after entering the hospital unit.
