Motorcyclist stops to help accident victim and nearly has motorcycle seized in PG

A motorcyclist who stopped to help a young man injured in a traffic accident on Avenida Ernesto Vilela, on Ponta Grossa, nearly had his own motorcycle picked up at the Military Police yard after an oversight identified administrative pendings in the vehicle.

The situation occurred during the service of a collision between a motorcycle and a Fiat Palio, near the intersection with the Rua Barão de Campanema, next to Fleming.

According to information obtained at the scene, other motorcyclists approached to help the driver who had been injured in the accident. During the incident, a team of the Military Police who passed through the region also stopped to follow the service.

Motorcyclist was able to regularize documentation on site

During the inspection, police identified administrative irregularities on two motorcycles, including the one that had been involved in the accident.

Initially, a winch was requested to carry out the collection of the two vehicles in the courtyard of the Military Police.

However, one of the motorcyclists who had stopped to help the injured young man was able to clear the debts related to the documentation of his motorcycle still at the scene of the occurrence.

With the regularization, the vehicle was released by the police, preventing it from being referred to the courtyard.

Only one motorcycle had a determined pick-up

After the regularization of the documentation, only the motorcycle directly involved in the collision with the Fiat Palio remained with the collection determined, due to the administrative pending identified.

The episode caught attention during the attendance to the accident, since the motorcyclist who had stopped to provide help ended up being subjected to supervision and almost had his own vehicle picked up.

There is no information on the application of other administrative penalties to the driver who managed to regularize the documentation.
