Municipal Government Authorizes Start of Roof Repair at Guaíra Building in PG

The Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa authorized the start of the renovation services of the roof of the Guaíra Building, located at Rua Balduíno Taques, no. 445, in the central region of the city. The order of service was published in the Official Gazette of the Municipality on Wednesday (16).

According to the document, the company LHC Construções Ltda. is authorized to start the work following the physical-financial schedule and the guidelines of the municipal supervision. The intervention will be carried out in part of the roof of the building.

Among the services provided are demolition of concrete and mortar structures located on the bathroom area of the Municipal Secretariat of the Family and around the area that will receive the new roof.

Works include exchange of tiles, gutters and rufous

The reform also contemplates the replacement of roofing elements, including tiles, gutters and rugs, as well as the execution of new finishes on the walls of the areas that are demolished during the works.

The period established for the execution of the services is 60 days. According to the service order, the start should take place on the first business day after the signature of the document, with the expected completion on November 25, 2026.

The Guaíra Building is located at 445 Balduíno Taques Street, in the Ponta Grossa Center. The execution of the works will be accompanied by tax officers appointed by the Municipality, responsible for verifying compliance with contractual obligations and the execution of the services provided.

The order of service published in the Official Gazette does not inform, in that section, the specific value destined for the intervention.
