My House, My Life: Municipality Releases List of Families for Rio Tibagi Residential
According to the notice, the families who are entitled have already gone through the qualification stage with Caixa Econômica Federal, but still need to complete the administrative and contractual procedures
The Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa has released the result of the selection of families that can be benefited with housing units of the Rio Tibagi enterprise, by the program Minha Casa, Minha Vida. The report was published in the Official Journal of the Municipality, in the edition of October 29, 2026.
In total, the project will provide 16 housing units. The edict presents the relationship of 16 titular families, five substitutes and 28 other families that were not authorized in the process.
The selection was made by the Municipal Housing Superintendence, linked to the Municipal Secretariat of Family and Social Development, based on the Municipal Housing Registry and the rules established by the federal program.

The edict also presents five alternate families, which may be called if any unit is available for withdrawal, impediment, exclusion or impossibility of hiring a titular family.

The published report also presents 28 families that did not meet the eligibility and framing criteria required by Minha Casa, Minha Vida.

The City Council clarifies that the non-qualification for the Rio Tibagi development does not necessarily prevent the participation of these families in future housing selections, as long as they meet the requirements of each new process.
Selected families still need to follow steps
Despite the disclosure of the names, the inclusion in the list of holders does not represent an automatic guarantee of receipt of the house.
According to the edict, the titular families have already gone through the framing stage with the Federal Economic Fund, but they still need to complete the administrative and contractual procedures.
Those who have documentation pending and are formally notified must submit the requested documents within ten days after the request of the Social Division team, at the risk of disqualification.
Time to reply to the result
Families who disagree with the result may request administrative review within ten days, counted from the publication of the notice in the Official Journal (29/10/2026).
The application must present the identification of the family, explain the reason for the challenge and, if necessary, include documents that prove the information.
