In addition to the new sector, the expansion proposal foresees that the stadium will have approximately 20,000 fans, in addition to receiving a series of structural improvements aimed at the comfort and experience of the public.
Partnership over 16 years
According to the president of Sicredi Campos Gerais, Grande Curitiba, Vale do Ribeira and Força dos Ventos PR/SP, Marcio Zwierewicz, the presence of the cooperative in the project represents more than brand exhibition.
He stressed that the Worker is considered a patrimony of the region and said that participation in the project reinforces the commitment of the institution with initiatives linked to regional development, community and projects capable of bringing people closer together.
The relationship between Sicredi and Operário has already passed 16 years and now gains a new milestone with the name of one of the sectors of the stadium.
Worker highlights importance of partners
The president of the managing group of Operário Ferroviário, Álvaro Góes, stressed that the modernization depends on the participation of companies that believe in the growth of the club and the region.
For the leader, Sicredi’s entry into the project also symbolizes the strength of cooperativism and the joint construction of large-scale projects. Góes also stressed that the institution is a long-standing partner of the Ghost.
Project foresees stadium for about 20,000 people
The creation of the Sicredi Sector integrates the wider project of modernization and expansion of the stadium. The forecast is that, after the interventions, the capacity will reach approximately 20,000 fans.
In addition to the increase in audience, the planning foresees structural changes with the aim of providing mais conforto to fans and improving the experience in the Worker games.
Sicredi also has a strong presence in Ponta Grossa. According to the information released, the institution has nine agencies distributed throughout the city, administrative headquarters in the municipality, more than 500 employees and relationship with more than 90,000 people between accountants and savers.
