The Operário Ferroviário announced the renewal of the left-back Gabriel Feliciano contract until November 2029. The player, who has aroused the interest of other Brazilian clubs, including Série A teams, has reached an agreement with the Alvinegra board and will continue to defend the Phantom for three more seasons.
The stay of Gabriel Feliciano is part of the planning of the Department of Football of the Worker, which worked to ensure the continuity of the athlete in the cast. Since its arrival at Ponta Grossa in the second half of 2024, the side has consolidated itself as an important part of the team.
In all, Feliciano accumulates 90 matches with the alvinegra shirt and participated in historical moments of the club, including the conquest of two consecutive titles of the Paranaense Championship, in 2025 and 2026, in addition to the best campaign of the Worker in the history of the Copa do Brasil.

The renewal of Gabriel Feliciano took place amid the interest of other Brazilian football teams. According to Operário, the left-back was being probed by clubs, including representatives of the Série A of the Brazilian Championship.
Despite the interest of other teams, the Ghost Soccer Department advanced in the negotiations and managed to ensure the player's permanence until November 2029.
Operário's football director, Ovande Júnior, stressed the importance of the agreement and explained that Feliciano's continuity is aligned with the club's sports planning.
"He is a player who has become very important to our group. Gabriel has characteristics that we understand to be important for the sequence of our project, so we worked hard to reach this agreement," he said.

After the confirmation of the new contract, Gabriel Feliciano celebrated the opportunity to continue defending the Operário Ferroviário and highlighted the moments lived since his arrival at the club.
"I'm very happy to renew with the Operário, it's a club where I've been living very important moments of my career, we won two Paraná titles and we did a historic campaign in the Copa do Brasil," said the side.

With the renewal, the Worker guarantees the permanence of a player who has participated in recent achievements of the club and keeps Gabriel Feliciano in the cast until November 2029.
