Paralyzed man arrested after threatening to set fire to his own mother's house in Ponta Grossa

A man was arrested by the Municipal Civil Guard on Wednesday morning in the New Russia neighborhood in Ponta Grossa after being accused of threatening his own mother and claiming that he would set fire to her residence. The incident was recorded around 10:40.
The equipe GAT Hotel had initially been triggered to cater for a situation of disturbance of the quiet. Upon arriving at the address, officers found the man, who is wheelchair-bound, in the middle of the street, screaming and gesturing in front of a residence. According to the record, he was quite altered.
In conversation with the guards, the resident reported that the man was her son and that she had taken a protective measure against him. After verification, the team found that the measure was repealed.
Mother reported threats and assault
According to the woman's report to the Municipal Guard, the son went to the residence that day, made several threats and struck her with a punch in the left arm. The record indicates that the blow did not cause injury. The mother also said he threatened to set the house on fire. Fearing for her own life, she triggered the corporation.
