Parque Vila Velha launches special priced ticket for Ponta Grossa residents

The Parque Vila Velha ticket for residents of Ponta Grossa will have a special value of R$ 49.90 between September 9 and 30. The promotion integrates the actions carried out in the month in which the municipality celebrates 203 years and allows residents to visit one of the main natural attractions of the Campos Gerais by proof of address.

The condition is exclusive to residents of Ponta Grossa and the purchase must be made through the official website of the Vila Velha State Park.

To use the promotional ticket, the visitor must present proof of residence in the municipality.

The promotion allows access to the main attractions of the park, including Sandstones, Furnas and Golden Lagoon. In addition to the attractions included in the ticket, the site offers separately contracted adventure activities, such as zipline, tree climbing and cycling.

Night Walk takes place this Saturday

In addition to the promotion for residents of Ponta Grossa, the Parque Vila Velha will have a special schedule on Saturday (12). The Night Walk allows visitors to get to know the Unimed Sands Trail after sunset.

The reception begins at 17:30 and, subsequently, the participants travel approximately four kilometers along the trail.

The route passes through characteristic formations of the park, including the Cup, one of the main symbols of Vila Velha. At the end of the walk, the participants follow an astronomical observation activity conducted by a specialist, using a telescope.

If the weather conditions do not allow direct observation of the sky, the programming is carried out by means of projection.

The activity is not recommended for children under 10 years old.

The restaurant will be open during the program

During the Night Walk, the Forest Restaurant Vila Velha, located in the Visitor Center, will remain open until the start of the activity.

As the Parque Vila Velha is a storage unit, the consumption of alimentos e bebidas should occur only in places intended for feeding.

Parque Vila Velha was the first state-owned Paraná

Established in 1953, Vila Velha State Park was the first state park of Paraná. The attraction is located at Ponta Grossa, on the banks of BR-376, and brings together some of the best-known natural formations of the Campos Gerais.

Currently, the park is operated by Soul Vila Velha, a company of the Soul Parques Group, under a concession from the Government of Paraná, through the Water and Land Institute.

The site also hosts the project “MON without Walls, Art in the Open Air”, of Museu Oscar Niemeyer, which brings works of contemporary art to spaces integrated with the natural landscape.

The value of R$ 49.90 is intended exclusively for residents of Ponta Grossa. The promotion begins on Wednesday (9) and runs until September 30.

The purchase must be made exclusively by the official sales channel of the park and it will be necessary to present proof of residence.
