Group consolidated gathers majority of councilors from Municipal Chamber and counts on current president of the House, Julio Kuller, and elected state deputy Ricardo Zampieri. Alliance coordinates joint candidacy for the five positions of the Executive Board

Paulo Balansin was nominated by the alliance formed by 11 of the 19 councilors of the Câmara Municipal de Ponta Grossa to contest the presidency of the Legislative Council in the next election of the Executive Board, scheduled for the next months.
The nomination was consolidated in a meeting held on Tuesday (20), when parliamentarians reaffirmed the unity of the group and the commitment to build a joint candidacy for the leadership of Câmara Municipal. With 11 members, the alliance brings together the majority of the House’s councilors and is already organized for the dispute.
The group counts on the participation of the current mayor, councilman Julio Kuller, and the elected state deputy Ricardo Zampieri, in addition to nine other parliamentarians. The presence of the leaders is part of an articulation that seeks to build consensus around the future composition of the Executive Board.
In addition to the presidency, the election will define the occupants of the positions of Vice-President, First Secretary, Second Secretary and Third Secretary. The alliance should advance in discussions on the composition of the other positions, maintaining the dialogue between the members for the formation of the board.
The appointment of Paulo Balansin represents the main route of the meeting and establishes the name that the group intends to present to command the municipal legislature in the next period.
The alliance includes the councilors Dr. Zeca, Professor Careca, Pastor Ezequiel, Julio Kuller, Paulo Balansin, Divo, Joce Canto, Ricardo Zampieri, Teka dos Animais, Léo Farmacêutico and Florenal.
The election of the Executive Board will take place in the coming months and will define the direction responsible for the conduct of the legislative and administrative work of Câmara Municipal de Ponta Grossa.
