Ponta Grossa City Hall corrects approval of bidding for paving works in Jardim Santa Luiza
The first lot covers eight sections of roads, with a total area of 8.822,18 square meters of paving and a value of R$ 2.734.000,00
Prefeitura Municipal de Ponta Grossa, in the Campos Gerais do Paraná, published a rectification concerning the approval and award of the Electronic Competition No. 028/2026, intended for the contracting of paving services in Hot-Used Bitumen Concrete (CBUQ) in various ways of the Santa Luiza Garden.
The correction, published in the Official Electronic Journal of the Municipality, issue no. 4741, this Tuesday (3 November 2026), changes the identification of the winning company of the bidding process.
In the original document, the CNPJ number 80.237.555/0001-90 for the company Total Pav Construção e Locação Ltda. With the rectification, the City Hall clarifies that the correct number is 15.019.222/0001-23, keeping the same company as winner and qualified in the procedure.
The process provides for the execution of paving in different sections of the Santa Luiza Garden, contemplating streets such as Cardinal, José Epaminondas de Almeida, Adolpho Lamenha de Siqueira Filho, Paulo Wagner, Flamingo and Jordão Cardoso.
The first lot covers eight stretches of roads, with a total area of 8,822.18 square meters of paving and a value of R$ 2,734,000.00.
The second lot contemplates Ernesto Degraf Street, between Avenida Frederico Constante Degraf and Avenida Raul Harris, with an area of 10,102.8 square meters and a value of R$ 2,472,000.00.
Together, the two plots represent a planned investment of R$ 5,206,000.00, for a total area of 18,924.98 square meters of paving.
According to the official publication, the company remains authorized by the hiring agent for having submitted the proposal considered most advantageous and adequate to the needs of the municipality.
The correction was signed in Ponta Grossa on October 26, 2026, by the Municipal Secretariat of Infrastructure.
The publication exclusively corrects the cadastral identification of the winning company, without altering the values and paving sections presented in the approval.
