Ponta Grossa City Hall opens tender for up to R$7.59 million in school kits supply. The auction takes place on November 19
Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa announced the opening of a tender with a maximum value of R$ 7,592,042.52 for the hiring of a company specialized in the supply of school kits. The process will be carried out through the Electronic Pregão no 182/2026, scheduled for November 19, at 9 am.
The notice of notice was issued by the Municipal Secretariat of Administration and provides for the use of the Price Registration System (SRP), a modality that allows the municipality to register values for future acquisitions, according to the need of the public administration.
The initiative aims to make it possible to provide school materials, although the notice published does not detail the amount of kits that can be purchased, the items that will make up the sets or the public that will be contemplated.
Bidding provides investment of up to R$ 7.5 million
The amount established by the City Council represents the maximum limit for hiring. This means that the amount of R$ 7.59 million does not necessarily correspond to the amount that will be effectively spent, since the result will depend on the proposals presented and the future acquisitions made by the municipality.
The procedure will be conducted electronically, through the Public Procurement Portal, allowing the participation of companies that meet the requirements provided for in the notice.
The adoption of the Pricing Registration System also does not imply the immediate purchase of all the materials provided. The contracts may occur according to the demand and the conditions established in the bidding process.
