City Hall releases the sketch of the September 15 parade in Ponta Grossa, with concentration times and guidelines for more than 70 institutions
The City Hall has released the official croqui of the September 15 parade in Ponta Grossa, which will be held next Tuesday (15), in celebration of the 203 years of the municipality. The event starts at 8 a.m., in the Avenida Vicente Machado, central region of the city.
According to the City Council, through the Municipal Secretariat of Education (SME), more than 70 civil, military and public administration institutions are planned to participate in the program.
Because of the large number of participants, the organization has defined a special scheme for the concentration of institutions along the Rua Balduíno Taques, with different schedules to avoid accumulation of people and vehicles before the start of the parade.
Military segment begins concentration at 7:30
According to the official guidelines, the concentration of the military segment begins at 7:30 a.m. Among the participants are Army, Municipal Guard, Defesa Civil, Municipal Traffic Superintendence, Federal Road Police, Civil Police, Military Police, State Road Police, Fire Department, Criminal Police and Scientific Police.
Civilian entities must begin the concentration from 8 o’clock, in a stepwise manner, according to the schedules defined in the croquis released by the Municipal Secretariat of Education.
The recommendation is that no institution arrives before the time established by the organization.
The City Hall calls for attention to the schedules
The Municipal Secretariat of Education stressed that compliance with the schedules provided in the croqui is important to ensure the organization of the concentration and facilitate the movement of the dozens of groups that will participate in the parade.
The program will include schools, educational institutions, municipal secretariats, welfare entities, cultural and sports groups, associations, religious representatives, car clubs, motorcyclists and security forces.
The croqui serves as a reference mainly for the participants, indicating the organization of the concentration before entry into the Avenida Vicente Machado.
Ponta Grossa Anniversary Brand Parade
The parade is part of the 203th anniversary program of Ponta Grossa, officially celebrated on September 15th.
The Avenida Vicente Machado will once again be the main stage of the celebrations, bringing together institutions from different segments of the state of Rio de Janeiro society.
The orientation for those who participate directly in the event is to consult in advance the official croquis, check the time determined for your institution and avoid arriving too early to the area of concentration.
