The health of the Campos Gerais was contemplated with R$ 2,076,926.00 in transfers authorized by the Government of Paraná. The resources are part of the Regionaliza Mais PR — Support to Consortium Management program, as per Resolution SESA no 1.388/2026, published in the Official Gazette of the State on Wednesday (4).

The program aims to strengthen the specialized care of the Unified Health System (SUS), through the financing of actions developed in a regionalized and consortium way.

In the region, the values are distributed between municipalities linked to the 3rd Regional Health, with headquarters in Ponta Grossa, and the 21st Regional Health, based in Telêmaco Borba.

Ponta Grossa concentrates the highest value

The 3rd Regional Health was considered with R$ 1,595,581.00, distributed among 12 municipalities.

Ponta Grossa appears with the largest single installment, of R$ 899,654.92. Following are Castro, with R$ 183,371.78; Jaguariaíva, with R$ 88,218.99; and Palmeira, with R$ 84,990.58.

Also appear in the Arapoti, Carambeí, Ipiranga, Ivaí, Piraí do Sul, Porto Amazonas, São João of Triumph and Sengés.

Already the 21st Regional Health brings together R$ 481,345.00 for seven municipalities.

Telêmaco Borba has the highest value, of R$ 199.184,38. Also contemplated are Reserva, Ortigueira, Tibagi, Imbaú, Curiuva and Ventania.

Resources for specialist care

According to the resolution, the transfers are linked to the financing of specialized care and support to consortium management.

The document sets out rules for the application of resources and for accountability, including supervision by the respective health councils.

The publication also provides conditions for the use of the amounts in subsequent years, where necessary, respecting the rules of budgetary and financial implementation.

The resources integrate a state programming of R$ 28.47 million for different municipalities of Paraná.

The authorization represents a measure of regional health financing, but does not prove, in isolation, that all the amounts have already been deposited or executed.

For the Campos Gerais, the publication highlights the importance of the regional organization of public health services, especially in the care of patients who need specialized consultations, examinations and procedures.
