Prefeitura changes priority at Jardim Carvalho intersection

The Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa reported that the crossing of the streets of Babylon and Rome, in the Jardim Carvalho neighborhood, will have a change in the traffic signage from Monday (21). The change modifies the preferential route at the site and is part of a schedule of improvements in the organization of the region's traffic.

According to the municipality, the intervention aims to increase the safety of drivers and pedestrians, in addition to improving the circulation of vehicles at the intersection.

Teams will guide drivers

During the period of adaptation to the new signaling, teams of the Traffic Superintendent will be on site to assist the drivers, guide on the change and organize the flow of vehicles.

The recommendation is that drivers driving on the Jardim Carvalho slow down and pay attention to the new signage installed at the intersection.

The City Council stresses that the attention of drivers is essential to avoid disturbances and ensure a safe transition to the new rule of preference on the road.
