Real Estate Agencies from Ponta Grossa Receive Statewide Recognition

Eight real estate companies and companies in the real estate sector of Ponta Grossa received state recognition during the SECOVI-PR 2026 Merit, held on Wednesday (30), in Curitiba. The tribute took place during the Cupola Rent Day, an event aimed at the real estate rental market and which brought together more than 600 professionals, managers and representatives of companies in the segment.

The program was held at Teatro UP Experience, in the Campo Comprido neighborhood, in the Paraná capital. The meeting, organized by CUPOLA, addressed different challenges and trends related to the real estate market, with discussions on default, credit, risk management, real estate collection, artificial intelligence, reforma tributária, people management, legal relations and collection processes.

Eight companies of Ponta Grossa are recognized

In total, 194 companies from different regions of the Paraná were included in the SECOVI-PR 2026 Merit.

Among the representatives of Ponta Grossa, four received recognition in the Gold category: Kikina Real Estate, Madol Imóveis, Saint Germain Real Estate Business and Tavarnaro Real Estate Consulting.

Empiric was recognized in the Silver category, while Real Estate Versare, MR7 Real Estate Business and Tavarnaro Incorporations received the honor in the Bronze category.

The recognition is part of the Associated Real Estate Development Program, developed by SECOVI-PR. The initiative recognizes companies that maintain active participation in the actions, services and activities promoted by the entity.

According to the SECOVI-PR, the program has no competitive character. The classification considers criteria related to institutional participation and the relationship of the companies associated with the system.

Companies highlight the importance of recognition

For Mari Kermelin Meira, director of Madol Imóveis, the tribute also represents the participation of companies in the strengthening of the real estate market.

“Being part of an entity that works for strengthening our market and being able to contribute in some way to this movement is something that makes us very happy. It was very gratifying! We are honored to be part of Secovi!”

The director of Saint Germain Real Estate Business, Gelisson Gugelmin, also highlighted the significance of the tribute to the team.

“It is a source of pride to see the work done with affection and dedication be recognized by our professional category,” he said.

The president of SECOVI-PR, Carlos Ribas Tavarnaro, emphasized that initiatives such as the Merit SECOVI-PR contribute to expanding the integration between companies and strengthening the representation of the sector.

“Events of this nature value good management practices within the environment, stimulating companies and strengthening the spirit of unity that allows SECOVI to well represent the segment within the State of Paraná,” he said.

Campos Gerais gain space in the real estate sector

The recognition has annual validity and depends on the maintenance of the criteria provided for by the Associated Real Estate Valuation Program.

The presence of eight Ponta Grossa companies among the 194 honored throughout the Paraná strengthens the participation of Campos Gerais in the institutional initiatives of the sector and highlights the presence of the companies of the region in the state real estate market.
