RodoFut7 faces Paraná rival in quest for Supercopa title this Saturday
RodoFut7 faces Fanny 24h this Saturday (17) in Curitiba, in the final of the Supercopa de Fut7 after winning bronze in the Copa Paraná.
The RodoFut7 in the final of the Fut7 Super Cup enters the court this Saturday (17), at 19:30, to seek another title in the season. The team faces Fanny 24h, at Clube Mercês, in Curitiba, in a decision that brings together two of the main Paranaense teams of the sport.
Commanded by coach Gustavo Mendes, RodoFut7 reaches the final packed by the bronze medal won in the Paraná Cup, played during the last extended weekend, on the holiday of Nossa Senhora Aparecida.
The match also marks another chapter in a sporting rivalry that has gained momentum throughout the season. RodoFut7 and Fanny 24h are among the leading teams in Paranaense and Brazilian 7 football and have already been present in other major competitions in 2026.
Rivals have already met in major competitions
The two teams participated in the Brazil Cup and also in the Copa Libertadores Del Rey this season. Now, they divide the spotlight again in a decisive match, this time earning the title of the Super Cup.
The expectation of RodoFut7 is to transform the regularity presented in the last competitions into another trophy.
In the Copa Libertadores Del Rey, the team finished with the runners-up. Most recently, it won third place in the Paraná Cup.
RodoFut7 adjusts details for the final
The president of RodoFut7, Eduardo Tomas, stressed that the cast works on the last adjustments before the decision and recognized the quality of the opponent.
“We will adjust points to enter strong for this great decision, against a traditional Brazilian fut7 team. We know the quality of our opponent, but we have a strong and committed cast, and a technical committee that knows what we need to do to lift this title.”
According to the manager, the confidence is both in the quality of the cast and in the work carried out by the technical commission commanded by Gustavo Mendes.
The Brazilian Championship is also on the calendar
After the Super Cup, RodoFut7 will have another big challenge this season. The team is preparing to compete in the Brazilian Fut7 Championship, scheduled for November.
With good campaigns in the main competitions played throughout the year, the team seeks to maintain the protagonism in the state and national scenario.
