Sandro Alex promises to expand women's health and regularize housing in Paraná

The candidate of the PSD to the Government of Paraná, Sandro Alex, promised to expand the health services of women and the regularization of housing during a visit to the project Casa de Mães Jardim Israelense, in Araucaria, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba, on Tuesday (29). The meeting brought together about 50 women and was attended by the licensed governor Ratinho Junior.

Among the proposals presented are the creation of Specialized Endometriosis Centers, the expansion of support to caregivers of the elderly and actions to integrate the documentation of real estate to infrastructure works.

“I will be the governor who will take care of women, continuing the work that started with the Ratinho Junior. The woman who is pregnant has the right to ultrasound, to prenatal, and today the Paraná still delivers the maternity kit for those in a situation of vulnerability,” said Sandro.

Women's health and follow-up in pregnancy

During the meeting, the candidate advocated the continuity and expansion of care for pregnant women. According to data released by the campaign, 89% of mothers performed seven or more prenatal consultations by SUS in the Paraná in 2025. The goal presented is to reach 100%.

Sandro also highlighted the Well Born program, which distributes kits with stroller, clothes, hygiene products and other items intended for the first months of the baby's life. According to the campaign material, the forecast is to deliver about 16,000 kits by the end of 2026.

For the care of women with endometriosis, the proposal is to create specialized centers that bring together consultations, examinations, follow-up and surgical procedures, with the aim of speeding up the diagnosis and treatment. The candidate also announced that he intends to expand the Caregiver Grant, aimed at people who care for elderly relatives in a situation of dependence.

Regularization of real estate and infrastructure

In the housing area, Sandro presented the program “Legal House and Living Neighborhood”. The proposal brings together land regularization, delivery of property titles and urban improvements, with support to municipalities, notaries and communities. According to the candidate, the intention is to benefit thousands of properties and to associate the documentation of the housing with investments in sanitation, electricity and paving.

“Regularization is the beginning of all the work, because the document is patrimony that you leave to the children, to the family,” he said. As a reference, Sandro cited the interventions in the Bubas community, in Foz do Iguaçu. According to the information released by the campaign, the State Government and the city invest more than R$ 23 million in paving, drainage and water and sewage networks on the site. The works cover an area of 523,3 thousand square meters and are underway.

“We will expand the model we apply there and promote the regularization of thousands of properties, bringing dignity to families,” he added.

Candidate promises to deliver 400 nurseries

Sandro has also made a commitment to deliver 400 daycare centers. In addressing the educação infantil, he related the offer of vacancies to the safety of children and the conditions for mothers to work. “We will continue to have the best education since the first years of life. And when the mother leaves the child in the nursery, they are calm, because they know that there is a safe place, that he will be well cared for,” he said.
