Sanepar launches exclusive service for companies within ACIPG

Sanepar will inaugurate, on Thursday (29), a new point of service exclusive for companies and entrepreneurs at the headquarters of the Commercial, Industrial and Business Association of Ponta Grossa (ACIPG). The opening ceremony is scheduled for 17:00, in Avenida Visconde de Taunay, no 1855, in the Ronda neighborhood.

The initiative seeks to facilitate access to specialized services of the company, especially for business sectors that need technical analysis, negotiations and more complex procedures related to water supply and sanitary exhaustion.

The new space will be aimed especially at representatives of real estate, lotteries, construction companies and industries, segments that often present demands that require more detailed and time-consuming services.

Specialized attention should reduce bureaucracy

The proposal of the partnership between Sanepar and ACIPG is to establish a channel dedicated to the productive sector, separating the most complex business demands from the conventional services carried out in the company’s agencies.

With the new structure, companies and entrepreneurs will have a specific space to address technical and business issues, which may provide greater agility in resolving requests.

According to information provided by ACIPG, the measure should also benefit consumers in general, since the transfer of business demands to the new position tends to reduce the volume of longer-term care in traditional agencies.

Partnership strengthens Ponta Grossa business environment

The installation of the point of service within ACIPG extends the offer of services available to the business sector in Ponta Grossa.

The initiative also represents a rapprochement between Sanepar and important segments of the local economy, especially construction, the real estate market and industry.

For these sectors, access to information and technical referrals related to sanitation infrastructure is a relevant step in the planning of enterprises and the expansion of economic activities.

The expectation is that the centralization of these services will contribute to make the processes more efficient and facilitate the relationship between the company and the entrepreneurs of the region.

Inauguration takes place this Thursday

The official inauguration of the new Sanepar room will be held on October 29, at 5 p.m., at ACIPG headquarters, located at Avenida Visconde de Taunay, no 1855, in the Ronda neighborhood, in Ponta Grossa.

The regular opening hours of the station and the conditions for the use of specialized care have not yet been informed.

Business attendance was announced in September

The creation of the new position was discussed in September during a meeting between Sanepar’s chief executive Wilson Bley and ACIPG’s board of directors.

At the time, alternatives were discussed to decentralize the company’s service in Ponta Grossa and meet the infrastructure needs of the productive sector, including the growing demand for water for new industries.

The expansion of the service channels also contemplates other initiatives of Sanepar in the municipality. Currently, the company maintains in-person units in the Center and in the Santa Paula, in addition to offering digital services.
